Lincoln Sands Oceanfront Resort, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Right on the beach. Love the shower style and design

Friendly and competent staff; excellent location; clean room; and the unexpected treat of salmon chowder and cookies in the evening.

I would have liked some hooks in the bathroom to hang a towel and robe.

I love how it was right on the beach and tucked away into a neighborhood.

The very first room was to small and not what we expected.

The location was really great, staff was friendly and helpful.

No screens on our slider therefore it couldn’t keep the door open because the flies were coming in. The back bedroom was extremely hot and stuffy. There was an AC out in the main living area however it was blowing out lukewarm air. Also, the hot and the cold sticker on our shower was upside down therefore, which made us think that we weren’t going to have a hot shower. The light cover in our bathroom, looked rusted out, and you could see the exposed ceiling above it as though the cover for the light shifted over.
