Comfortable bed, clean room and helpful staff. I definitely would recommend Guesthouse Inn & Suites for those reasons.

Decent room.
A few hairs in the shower and crumbs/dirt in main room...was not swept prior to our arrival. Room smelled bad when we entered. A/C unit is on its way out..barely working.

Excellent location close to restaurants, stores, interstate, gas stations.
Very good breakfast, friendly staff.
There was an odor in the room that was tolerable for the time we were actually in the room. It's very possible it was from the mildewed curtains above the air conditioner. Furniture was rough looking but did the job.
