Friendliness of staff and the room and the double beds were great comfort
Breakfast, the powdered eggs were horrible, runny and watery. There were questions about whether you belonged there, like if you were a homeless person. Questions were asked over and over again about whether I had a ticket to be eating there. Stale bread. The concierge was all over us, like we did not belong there

Loved the location. Close to highways. Great stores around. Very convenient
The beds literally caved in in the middle. Which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. The pillows were flatter than the sheets. All bunched up and flat. The carpet smelled wet and dirty.
