The staff was accommodating, we arrived a little bit early and they were able to check us in. I like how quiet our hotels, it’s right outside of Calistoga so convenient to walk to dinner and coffee shops, but just quiet enough where you don’t hear the noise from some of those places.
I didn’t like that we had to request to have our rooms cleaned, we stayed there for a total of five nights and after the third night, I thought that someone would come in and at least give us new towels and make the bed, etc. It was very odd that this has to be a request.
Also, the air-conditioning didn’t work the best. It was fairly hot while we were there, low 90s, but even with the air-conditioning set on 60 it barely kicked on.

Location is good
Room very clean and comfortable
No breakfast - was a surprise, when I booked, I specifically selected "breakfast included"
Price for just room a bit excessive

The pool was too warm, no breakfast , too costly,
The outside sitting area was overlooking a gathering area that was too close so no privacy

Price, location, bikes available to borrow
No shower in pool area
No shower available after or before using hot tubs or saunas (this is exceptionally gross as people are sweaty). I have never been to a pool/hot tub/sauna facility where there is no shower. Unacceptable.
We were then unable to take hot showers in our room because the hot/cold handles had been reversed when installed and no one mentioned that to us.
