There was nothing I didn’t like

I liked that it was close to a movie theater, and restaurants. The drive wasn't far from my mother's home where I was visiting during my stay

The facility was old, the one of the TV's wasn't working properly. There was rust in multiple places in the bathroom. We were on the 2nd floor and the floors felt weak and sagging when you first walked through the door. They didn't have any towels. They gave us hard towels from the pool. I have never in all my years of traveling and staying in hotels had to use pool towels. I was told upon check in that I could pay with a different credit card than the one I reserved the room under, which I had intentions on doing. I'm familiar with that process because I've done it in the past at other hotels. Upon checking out of course it's a different person than when I checked in with. The desk representative told me the card was already charged. How was it charged already before I checked out. I go to Albany a lot to visit my mother and I will never stay at that hotel again. You could also hear children running on the floor above us. They ran all throughout the night and part of the morning as if they were in the same room with you. It was annoying. I'll resume staying at the Holiday Inn Express! Their rooms and facilities along with the free breakfast is immaculate. They are worth what they charge and More.
