Baymont by Wyndham Albany at Albany Mall

The room was cleaned the towels were clean bathroom it was alright fo a 1night stay

The room was very clean. My sister and I was there for the weekend. The room was not serviced, but that was OK. We didn't need it! Johnnie took very good care of us. It was convenient to walk to some of the local stores and restaurants.

Excellent stay for two nights. Front staff very nice and inviting.

The staff were friendly, check in was easy. The room needed attention. There was a tear in the top sheet and dried lipstick on the nightstand. The shower curtain rod was broken on one end so the rod was just resting on the top of the shower tile and hung a few inches into the shower floor. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. It was quiet and the a/c worked well. The doors had been painted but the paint is on the door handle base. We checked in after 8pm after driving 8 hours and left early to get back on the road.
