Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Albany

The stay was unexpected, however amazing

Staff was friendly and nice rooms were clean

Friendly staff

The hotel was really nice & maintained. Some of the staff were very helpful and we appreciated that. We were at the hotel for four days. Each day, we wanted to visit sightseeing spots in and around the city, so we were up and out each morning. We were under the impression that the housekeepers cleaned the rooms daily, unless we requested otherwise. Nevertheless, our room didn't get cleaned until the 3rd day. We mentioned it to the front desk clerk but she stated housekeeping was gone for the day and that it would surely be cleaned the next day. Towels and clean linens were much needed! Trash would've been piled high as well if we didn't remove it.
