Beating room, great location for “outside park”.
Pool was fun and the staff were helpful.
Small but weird things like (i wrote only for the property to see) -
It is not possible to turn off the balcony light (add to screw it off)
Almost impossible to understand how to make the water go out from shower head (not straight forward..)

Flanigan’s Resort is beautiful and an absolute gem! The location is perfect for Zion - you can walk to the park entrance or take the shuttle bus - and the property shows incredible attention to detail. The staff is super attentive. A special shoutout to Cade. His recommendations and thoughtfulness made our stay special. Spa and restaurant are also recommended.
No breakfast available, although several options are at walking distance :)

The pool is nice
Old carpet in the rooms. Air conditioner was loud and very old. Fan in ceiling was loud. Construction happening on site. Coffee was horrible.
