I loved the live music and the atmosphere.
The bar was too small. Wish there was live entertainment more often

The breakfast was good. Our server was not so nice- looked like he was in a bad mood.
The grounds & outdoor facilities were gorgeous, but we didn’t get to enjoy them since we were only there one night
The room is very need of modernizing- especially the living room area & bathroom. For such a large amount of $, the room should have been MUCH nicer

Perfect location to explore Zion (next to park entrance walking). Pool with views. Many rooms with mountain views (not mine unfortunately). Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Grounds are beautiful, next to river bank.
Pools and hot tubs are a little dated and surrounded by gates that somewhat hide part of the views, but still nice and worth it. Unfortunate timing for septic tanks cleanup mid day during my stay (better not be around lol). Otherwise one of the best properties in Springdale.

Convenient for the park entrance and shuttles. Beds were comfortable and nice toiletries. Nice swimming pool area and lovely mountain backdrop.
Pokey shower and loo. Service was poor and no bar area, but maybe that’s because it’s Utah. Also restaurant had a limited selection for breakfast and dinner. Our room was in a poor position- next to the car park and no view.
