Room floor was dirty. Breakfast was not as good as other Sleep Inns. There was plenty of food though. Worn outlets.

Staff was friendly and everything u needed was right in the area

Beds were too soft

Clean facilities. Free parking. Central location to my needs. No carpeting in the room = more hygienic. Coffee machine in lobby was decent. I did not try the breakfast. No bugs.

Mildew smell in room (sheer curtains). Very humid in room, even when set on COOL. The room was very cold when I was preparing for bed, so I tried increasing the temperature. Wasn’t responding so I turned on the heat and within seconds, the room smelled like burnt hair and the smoke alarm went off. I tried requesting another room but facility was sold out. The front desk person assisted with the thermostat and increasing the room temp. Room was STILL mildew-y, humid, and smelled like burnt hair at bedtime. In the AM, the smoke alarm started chirping. The front desk person’s solution was to remove the smoke alarm all together instead of just replacing the battery. Upon my return in the evening, the smoke alarm device was still not in my room and the room was still very humid. Mildew & burnt hair scents were thankfully gone. Other issues — thin bedding, uncomfortable pillows, and the tiled main hallway made the every 3rd floor noise carry — baby cries, loud voices, loud shoes, etc. Hotel seemed clean BUT the cleaning solution’s scent was very strong throughout 3rd floor, main floor, and elevator. Not good for those with sensitivity to scents.
