BrentwoodInn&suites

This was my second stay at this Brentwood Hotel. My first stay was...underwhelming, to say the least and there's another review floating around out there with my negative impressions. This stay was a 180 from the last one. The room was clean and comfortable. There were no lingering odors of cigarettes or marijuana. We had a little problem with the TV and staff was on hand to solve it within minutes. The beds were comfortable and the check-in/check-out process was effortless. I was very happy with this stay at Brentwood and now I will definitely consider them again for future travel plans.

The TV remote control was sticky. Charitably, like somebody dropped it in a puddle of sweet coffee and didn't wipe it off. Uncharitably...well, use your imagination. But really a fairly minor issue overall.

it wasn’t busy with kids running around

I didn’t like the cigarettes burnt sheets and the old carpet

No breakfast offered, I guess because of Covid, but room was clean and comfy.

Could have used more towels. Booked for 3 people but only had towels for 2.

Convenient to the racetrack

Needs upgrades to amenities, refrigerators, microwaves and bathroom
