Free parking, free minimal breakfast, okay small pool,
The only issue i really had about here was that
1) they dont move bed frames and it is filthy there.
2) the room next to us was VERY LOUD. They normally have a signage saying 10pm to 7 am quiet time but the room near me was loud till 1 am.. so i kept waking up. I dont know if they were on the phone or talking to someone who they came with. But was really loud. I was too tired to even call front desk.
Everything overall looks clean and newer. The 24/7 coffee/tea was excellent.

This is my go to hotel when I’m in Richmond. The location is outside the city but close to 95 making travel easier. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the rooms are quiet and clean.

The cleaning ladies were angels and the front clerk was very kind, funny and helpful.

The staff was wonderful. The guy in the evening, I think his name was Frank or Franklin, he was very helpful. He even took pictures of me and my husband before we went out to the wedding. Prior to me coming there, I booked and had to call for early check-in, and a young lady named Anna, or Arna she was a great help. Very, very pleasant. We'll visit again.
