Best Western Plus Hood River Inn

Great setting, good restaurant, great access to activities

The bed was Awful!!!

The lovation and the view from our room

Bed was hard and abit old

Clean and comfortable with a nice view of the Columbia River. Had a nice restaurant on the property.

I don’t like that they don’t tidy up your room if staying 2 days. In fact, we had to ask for fresh towels and more coffee for our second day.

Property has the potential to be fabulous. But it’s very tired and needs a revamp. Only positive was a pretty view and the restaurant was decent.

Long list. Mattresses need to be replaced- they’re very hard and sink in the middle and pillows are too soft. My husband and I woke up multiple times a night. Bathrooms are tiny and the ceilings are too low in the shower. The bathtub was so narrow that I had to stand sideways to fit. You can hear the highway traffic and then you also have those awful in window AC/heating units making noise. Not a comfortable stay at all. Property is old and needs a serious refresh. You’re better off staying in a smaller room at the Lightwell.
