Beacon Pointe on Lake Superior

Right on the water. Quiet. Underground parking. Gift/snack shop was open 24 hrs

There was a notice in the room that there would be no housekeeping while I was there ( 4 nights). Offered fresh towels and toiletries if you asked. Check in was a little rushed and staff in general were not very friendly. Or helpful. Just little things but they added up.

Everything was great! Beds were amazing, would love to know what brand of mattress it was.

Very clean & comfortable bed/bedding, friendly staff, love the food & gift shop being open 24/7.

They should add an ice machine on each floor. Very inconvenient having to walk all the way to the front.

Location was right on Lake Superior, so exceptional. Grab & go breakfast wasn't bad, although the exact same food was offered all 5 days. Popcorn bar is cute. Staff we actually interacted with were pretty friendly.

The condition of the condo was poor, the rooftop deck was not enjoyed because of spiders everywhere, the one-ply toilet paper was like tissue paper, the toiletries were packets, which were barely enough for one person (there were three of us), and there was no housekeeping. I will include photos of just a few of the bad conditions of the condo. The price they are charging is ridiculous! $2000/week when we've had much better accommodations in Canal Park for way less!
