The location is great for us: near Peninsula State Park and two favorite restaurants. The office building has convenient coffee and hot tea. There are fun options including pickleball, card and board games and books. There are convenient bike racks.

Sink in bedroom instead of bathroom

HAD BASIC AMENITIES, BUT GAVE VALUE FOR MONEY

We loved the pool, hot tub, fire pit and sports courts. The kids loved the inexpensive arcade games. The staff was super friendly.

When we got to our room the door had been left wide open (it was literally wide open and no one was in there when we showed up) hence having a lot of bugs in our room that we had to stand on a chair and try to kill before bed. The fridge was disgusting when we showed up as well with something spilled on the inside and outside. We also found a used band-aid in the shower. The room also felt damp despite running the AC. The bedding and towels always felt damp.. I realize the rate we paid is typical for the area but for the price I also expected a bit more in terms of cleanliness.
