The location was great! We walked to the convention center for the Favored Women Conference.
The "Starbucks" coffee was not good at all and my breakfast muffin was still cold in the middle.

There was no breakfast included.
You asked if we paid extra, and yes, we paid $15 a night for parking.
The room was clean and well distributed, but I forgot something in the room, and when I called after I had left, I was told it was not there, I know it had to be, because it was not with me and I didn't take it out of the room while I was there.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was a good size, but that’s it!!
For the first time ever coming to Gatlinburg and staying at a hotel ( and we have stayed at a few really nice ones) this is the first time we have ever had to pay for parking and $15 a night is extremely high!! Also the king size bed isn’t a true king size bed!!We bring our own sheets because of my service dog and the king size sheets that fit my bed were too big for this bed!!
