It was so elegant and definitely worth the price.
Valet was EXPENSIVE.

Hotel is well situated and basically across the street from their very reliable public transportation train - DART. We took the Dart train everywhere and didn't bother renting a car which saved us money on parking fees. Room was big and comfy and staff was super nice. Area is great for walking around and seeing touristy things! Plus you get a % off their restaurant inside the hotel which we ate at! It was tasty!
Only thing I didn't like was that our a/c wasn't working properly - our room was either too warm or too cold. It was however fixed immediately once we told the from the desk about it. The location is in downtown Dallas and like most downtown areas- homelessness can trickle in here and there - but its barely noticeable and it didn't bother us at all.

It was not what I expected from a Hilton
No extras in the room. Very much like a less than average hotel
