100% sprawdzonych opinii10 / 10Wyjątkowy·paź 2026
The night shift manager, Mr. Dean, is a wonderful gentleman. He stands in the shoes of us visitors and does his best to meet our needs. He deserves a very big raise. We are so deeply impressed that we've decided to come to this hotel in all our future trips to Dallas, TX. Wonderful man, in a wonderful hotel, at a wonderful location. Thank you so much!
Nothing.

Great property. This is a gem in downtown Dallas. Great walking distance to AT&T, city hall, etc.
Loved the lobby area, just the right amount of energy and activities. Staff was great!
I was surprised about the open bathroom concept. But it wasn’t a deal breaker…it was actually pretty cool how they had it setup.

I loved the aesthetics.
The toilet flushed slowly and the air condition wasn’t working properly.

The ambience was nice. Very god air conditioned
The toilets clogged. We were at the same hotel in March and we had the same problem. Pool too small
