Everything was very clean and newer looking. Service was friendly and efficient. Just had coffee and yogurt for breakfast but was good. Beds were very comfortable and shower / bath was clean ( could use more light in bathroom area) good stay overall

Was a little expensive for the area

Good area & nice building. Rooms are nice & simply decorated up to date. Like that there was no odd orders or overwhelming scents or perfumes. Quite too!

Upon arrival the toilet paper roll was almost empty and there was no spare roll under the vanity and the pillow case didn’t look fresh, it had hair on it & was very wrinkled. Cleaning maids were polite & friendly, but the front desk clerk’s (evening check-in clerks) could present a more friendly expression (maybe even smile a little).

Location was great. They did accomodate my rooming request.

There was a tapping sound ALL night. Different beats of tapping. All night. I think from the ice maker behind the wall of our room...maybe the HVAC? Room 215. It was bad. No sleep. I told the manager and he said he'd tell maintenance. I hope it helps the next guest but he certainly made no effort to make it right for me. Also, the description and purchase was for two queen beds, but they were actually full beds. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The shower liner was falling off. There should be liners in the trashcan to protect guest privacy. We've stayed in many Hyatts...this was disappointing.
