The hotel staff is friendly and it is clean. I had to extended by stay at the last minute and they were helpful and accommodating! The rooms are nice, clean and spacious. It is centrally located and easy to get in and out of. I will definitely continue staying here when having to stay in Charlottesville!!
The ice machine wasn't working and you had to go to the other building, but it did get fixed within a day or so.

The hotel is conveniently located if you’re in town to visit your kids, who are currently attending UVA.
The rooms are comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is average. Breakfast is good, although the staff will start ushering you out in a rather unfriendly manner as soon as breakfast time is over.
