It was clean, spacious with high ceilings, and fully air-conditioned; the bed was large, and there were extensive security measures in place; the staff communicated via messages and letters; and the station was right in front.

The fit of the room door was a bit off, and it would have been helpful to have a note explaining that the key needs to be turned to open or close it; in fact, I saw another traveler struggling to force the door shut. It also took me a little while to figure out that you have to slide the black lever to the left to open the door from the inside. On my last day, another traveler—who appeared to be Italian—asked me how to open the door, so the mechanism might be somewhat confusing even for locals. Aside from that, I have absolutely no complaints.

Great room near the main station. Good shower, clean sheets and towels, and a friendly host. Would recommend.

This is not the host’s fault, but if you’re a girl traveling alone, keep in mind the area at night is sketchy

Very central location and a modern room

I visited napoli over 10 times and even the location is very central but not in a good area of naples, behind the building there’s a huge market and a bit shady people on the street. Parking impossible. Room was so small i think between 10-15m2 for 1 person ok 2 people too small

It's difficult to make detailed comments as I am visually impaired I arrived early evening, drop off my bag and out until 3 am Stayed only 1 night Had to check out10 am, but cleaners were trying to get me to leave before 9 am Very short stay, and alone, so I am probably not the best person qualified Owner did message me instructions with code to enter property, and another code once inside, and another to get inside the room to find keys on bedside table, there are another 3 or 4 rooms adjacent I would recommend for short stay Never meet any of the staff, but owner seemed very nice and helpful when messaged me
