Convenient location and nice property.

Wish they had a pool

Nice and modern facilities with comfortable beds and plenty of parking.

I have stayed for a few years and can see that there is some wear and tear. Could use some minor maintenance. Also, the Starbucks on the property is overpriced.

Reasonably priced and located close to the MetroNorth Greystone station which lands you in Grand Central in ~40 minutes. Rooms are clean, comfortable and roomy. The little bar area has some great snacks and food if you don't feel like going out for dinner. Everyone was friendly and nice.

They don't have complimentary coffee in the morning although you can purchase coffee options at the bar. They did not service my room after my first night.

The room was spacious (for a hotel room), the bed was comfortable, the bathroom and shower nice.

The room was noisy — we could hear the people walk around in rooms around us and could hear the shower running in the next room. When we booked we asked for no down pillows or comfort in the room. That request was not honored and we had to ask for pillows. the room’s furniture and carpet was sprayed with a scent which we both found annoying and distasteful. We specifically chose this hotel because we had had the same experience in other hotel chain’s properties. The food from the Bistro was fair and the options were limited, both by the menu and by the number of things the kitchen was out of (my first two beer choices and french fries).
