Great location, very spacious and comfortable room, and excellent staff, who were always friendly and helpful..
Very convenient for the tramway, and taking a long walk along the river..
Nothing. It was great.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was large and very comfortable with excellent bathroom. Coffee machine and water provided plus a mini bar. Great location for the river to board our ship.

Location was so close to Trams, our river cruise and restaurants. Huge room.
If I had to put anything here…Shower head is a bit dodgy…. But nothing major

This is a budget hotel pretty close to the train station and within walking distance to the city. It's in a quiet location, about 15 minutes from places that you'd like to explore. We arrived late and checked out very early: neither of which were a problem at all.
The hotel itself is the definition of budget: the sheets on the bed were clean, but definitely not new, and the towels in the bathroom would be better off replaced than used again.
