The apartment was really nice and spacious. It was plenty of space for my family of 7. It had a large living room area for us to hang out in after our a long day of sightseeing. The location was okay; we found ourselves walking at least 20 minutes to get to the major sights. Check-in was confusing but it could have been my own misunderstanding. There were two buildings, just make sure you go to the right one before bringing all your luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Also, I didn't realize I had to physically check in with the front desk. If I had known, I would have planned differently to make sure I get there before the rest of the family.

Staff was very helpful. Great location. Comfortable accommodations.

Perfect spot to explore Porto on foot. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. Everything was in working order, check in was smooth, and the property was well stocked with everything we needed. We did have a challenge with the coffee maker and bought the wrong pods-twice! We didn't fret though as there was a cafe next door, on both sides!!

The apartment was clean and in good condition, bathrooms very small. I was very disappointed that we weren't told about the construction going on just outside our kitchen window. If you like hammering, power saws, and people yelling, beginning at eight in the morning this is the place for you. Management people were very friendly but failed to follow through on many occasions. Despite this we loved Porto and had a great time.
