Wonderful location and we appreciated the room being clean and very spacious!
Also loved the anti mosquito "tablets" being available.
The room really had everything we needed and I loved that there were no wallpapers but clean bare white walls with no humidity (which is precious in Venice).
A blanket we had found in a drawer could have been more fresh (I am allergic to dust and had a reaction, but luckily we got new blankets the very next day and had no problem with those).
Good communication with the reception, any issue can be solved (if you text them during their working hours).

Location is perfect. It is only 9 minutes to the centre. Staff is very helpful.
When we checked-in the door knob was broken, but they fixed it quickly. And wifi was very bad.

I would not advise anyone to stay here if they need access to the internet. The wifi hardly worked when it worked at all it worked for 5 minutes at a time. The management said they would look into it and while they may have, it was never fixed while we were there. Not really acceptable.
Hard to travel for work when you need wifi. Honestly, it's 2026. Not having good wifi is basically unacceptable. I would not stay here again.

Pokój duży i dobrze wyposażony ( klimatyzacja, lodówka, zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty). Dużo miejsca do przechowy..."
