Loved the location, tram stop right outside, staff all friendly, room clean and comfortable, food and entertainment excellent,we would return.
Only thing that annoyed us was housekeeping knocked on the door 3 times before the departure time of 10.30am on departure day.

Loved the hotel. staff very helpful especially Isobel our waitress n the dining room was most attentive
Hotel was very clean the food was well cooked and the menu for dinner was very good something for everyone our room was fresh and cleaned as was the public areas of the hotel used the pool both mornings and again standard of cleanliness was exceptional
The double bed in the room was a bit small us being a "larger couple "was advertised as a premium not standard so expected something larger
Did not like how other guests congregated at the front door for smoking and vaping and blocked access for coming in and out maybe a smoking area or shelter could be addressed away from the front door
