What a wonderful hotel! Everything was truly outstanding. The hotel arranged transportation from the airport to the hotel and it went smoothly. Check-in was quick and efficient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was the best. The hotel is only a short walk to downtown Fira. I am completely satisfied and would stay here if I am in Fira in the future.

Beautiful hotel, room was excellent with amazing view of volcano and the sunset. Breakfast was good. Location good, just a 5 minute walk to the main square, shops and restaurants but far enough out of town to avoid the crowds. The outstanding part for us was the staff, namely Eva who was on reception both days we were there. She was just lovely, smiling and so helpful. She really couldn’t do enough to help us. She really is a star.

It was clean and easy to locate and comfortable.
It was by the main road.
Improvements in plastic and waste reduction would be very positive.(A big problem on the island) Such as the use of metal or bamboo spoons in rooms would be a simple yet huge ✅for me. Too much plastic use was a turn off for me.
And a sign for the door so that cleaning staff don't change your towels every day - all better for the environment. .
