Family feel accommodation. Staff friendly and can't do enough for you. Room clean and bed clean and comfy. Breakfast plentiful and good. Bus stop outside for going into Edinburgh so leave the car behind in the big car park and save money on parking in town.

Breakfast was great, dinner and drinks were wonderful. The location was great, right on the bus line.
The room wasn't anything special and could use some updating in the future, but it fit our needs and was an incredible value.

Great location for getting into Edinburgh city centre - the bus stop is literally outside the door! Great breakfast - choice of cereal and full cooked breakfast. Plenty of free parking.
The twin room was tiny with no room to put bags down that wasn’t in the way. No sockets by one of the beds. Had to put the kettle on the floor to boil as socket was under the side table and cable was too short to reach up. An extractor fan downstairs stayed on (and was loud) until the early hours so took ages to get to sleep.

Great location on route 31 bus x3 per hour to edinburgh all day till late great. The girl working there was very friendly.
Small room had 2 single beds + wardrobe . No carpet no chair no table and electric points at floor level . Basic no frills at all. As a single room could be nice . To open window had to jump up on bed ..room too small.
