Staff were very chatty and friendly, beautiful property with loads of original features and additional furnishings to enhance the original architecture if the house
The bed was soft in the middle

Perfect location. The hosts were welcoming. It had what we needed.
Parking was tricky, as its roadside, there aren't any dedicated spaces. We had to wait for a resident to leave who lived on the street and park where they had left.

A;ll three of the above room, location ... and breakfast - which we had not expected and was very welcome.
Also it was very useful to have somewhere to put our luggage before we checked ion and after we had booked out

Location good, nice to leave cereal and milk for breakfast. Some nice artefacts.
The room needed complete redecoration and refurbishment, old and rotting windows, tired furnishings and bathroom. Could be lovely as a nice building but needs better maintenance and decoration. A shame as I was looking for somewhere regular to stay on frequent visits to Penzance but not comfortable enough. Definitely needs updating and could then be lovely
