Bloomrooms @ Link Road

I’m a regular guest at Blooms Link road and familiar with what the hotel offers. The hotel is in good location and staff in general very friendly and helpful.

The Point of Sales system the hotel uses did not accept my credit cards with 5 digit PIN numbers. This resulted in multiple attempts to do a payment based on statements by staff that the system has been checked and works. Too many failures resulted in a card being blocked due to pin exhaustion. Hotel management and staff blamed the failures on incorrect PIN numbers and the consequences of the delayed attention to a serious challenge for the guest was ignored.

Rooms are clean, modern and double bed rooms are spacious enough. Location is good, close to Lajpat Nagar market but also not too far from Central Delhi. Staff is polite and helpful, especially those in the cafe! Check-in and room access is tech-enabled and keyless (QR-code system), but it doesn't always work. But otherwise, good value for money hotel for short business stays.

Tech-enabled check-in and room access system doesn't always work.

clean place. every detail perfectly considered. very high tech - room could be opened by scanning a qr code only through my mobile. beautiful outdoor sitting space. nice greenery. great connectivity.

nothing.

It's a pretty cool concept and the free snacks were a nice touch.

The AC was bad and they kept trying to gaslight me by saying it takes time to get cooler.
