Beautiful design, great location, comfy bed, air conditioning was beautiful

Shower was good but a bit broken and we Found it a bit weird that they required us to leave our key with them whenever we went out

I had a lovely stay at Riad Saba; it was beautiful and clean. We were greeted with tea on arrival whilst we waited for our room to be ready. All of the staff were lovely and attentive. Aziza provided great options and advice for things to do in the city. The Riad was perfectly located, being around a 10-minute walk from the main square. The breakfast was also lovely; it was a light Moroccan-style breakfast which set us up perfectly for the day. I would definitely recommend this riad and I would stay here again.

N/A

The Riad is beautiful and very well located. It’s close to a small square that can be reached by a taxi, and not hidden amongst small, labyrinth-like streets inside the medina. It’s also very close to the Jemaa El-Fnaa square, as well as a pick-up point for many organised trips. Our room was cosy and bigger than we expected. Beautifully furnished, and the bed was extremely comfortable! Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. Breakfast was delicious! We also reserved dinner on our first day, and it was superb as well. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful, we arrived in the middle of the night and had no issues with check-in. I highly recommend staying here when in Marrakesh!

Location and night shift staff member was excellent

Day shift male staff member was rude, breakfast was falsely advertised, additional charges for water added to bill at end of stay but not communicated that this would be the process. Room was cleaned on penultimate night only. There are better riads to stay in, don’t bother with this one.
