Great location. Easy to walk everywhere. Lovely quiet spot away from crowds. Short walk to have dinner at sunset on the Zattere.

The property was very clean and well maintained. There was a coffee machine on the side and a fridge which we found very helpful as we would get lunch from a supermarket. Bathroom was also very clean. The owner was welcoming and had even gone through the extra effort of creating a whole booklet of suggested coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and sights to see with walking distances and how to get places on the vaporetto!
That we didn’t stay longer!

Location is great - close to nice panoramic views, close to good restaurants and close to a vaporetto station.
The room is big & comfortable, with everything you need at hand.
Communication with the host was also great and easy 🥰

Ground floor. Lovely hostess (Takao). Great coffee in room. V. Near Accademia bridge. Very clean and tidy. Comfortable.
