Forte Kochi

Forte Kochi is a beautiful hotel with traditional charm and a well kept pool area. The breakfast offers a good variety of continental and local options, as well as hot dishes to order. All the food, including at The Jetty, was very good. The location is ideal, within walking distance of the Chinese Fishing Nets. Staff were consistently friendly, helpful and welcoming. When we arrived, there was unfortunately a fire in a nearby building, but the staff handled the situation calmly and professionally, which was very reassuring.

The service could occasionally be slow, for example, one time our food arrived before our drinks. There was also occasionally a lack of attention to detail. Sometimes we had to request water, and at breakfast we had to ask for bowls and mugs for the buffet.

The location is great and the rooms are just a VIBE Stuff are the ones that makes it more interesting and comfortable especially (Chacko, Amal & Shan) they are the best and the food there is unbeatable! The French toast, the pina colada and the prawns tray is the yummiest i’ve ever had in my entire life

Everything was good. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. I want to especially thank Nandena, Amal and Rahul for making our stay and my birthday special. Nandena gave my birthday a special touch by making our room. I really loved it! Amal and the entire staff made my birthday special with a lovely birthday cake. I was surprised and loved it!

There is no provision for a table to have food inside. We requested a portable/foldable table to fit the food tray, but instead we have been given a small low lamp table. To have the lift would be great.
