Great location, really helpful and friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and close to theatre, spa and harbour
If you didn't want a cooked breakfast there was quite a limited cold buffet, and it might be time to upgrade some of the carpets in the hallway, but these were minor issues for me and did not detract from my overall enjoyment of my stay

Excellent choice and cooked very well also - the staff serving were very good and smiling genuinely!
Our room was over the bar and two nights there were young people below enjoying themselves until gone 11pm. So could have been worse!

The staff were exceptional, they were friendly and informative as well as responsive. The breakfast was nice. The bar was comfortable.
The room we were in was very stuffy and the windows did not open. The whole place is looking a bit tired. My cup at breakfast was dirty.
