Breakers Bed and Breakfast

Lovely views, close seafront, lovely breakfast, knowledgeable friendly hosts!

Everything was good!

We absolutely loved our stay here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The room was spotlessly clean, very cosy and comfortable, and we immediately felt at home. The owners were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and the location is perfect for exploring the city and walking to the beach. One of our highlights was watching the sunrise from the balcony — and you can even see it from the bed! Such a beautiful way to start the day! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much for making our stay so lovely!

Nothing could have improved it!

Loved everything, we couldn’t fault a thing. Exceptional B&B. Lovely building. Spotlessly clean, great location, hosts were friendly and welcoming. Delicious breakfasts, I had the vegetarian breakfast which was very tasty, but there were many other options; the pouched eggs were cooked to perfection 👌. Bowls of fresh berries and mixed fruit were available. Hosts were happy to top up beverages and supply more toast etc. Our room was specious with great views. We booked a room with a balcony and luckily the weather was spectacular so we made the most of it. It’s in a lovely location, right across from a park and with amazing sea views. The bus stop to Hastings and Brighton is literally outside so very handy if you decide you want to see more of the coast without driving. Would definitely recommend this property and will hopefully stay here again should we ever we return to Eastbourne.
