Breakfast we very good indeed- thick yogurt, fresh fruit, bacon, eggs, vegetarian salads, good bread and fresh cakes. Location was great - 5 min walk to local tram/bus stops. Lots of great cafes and restaurants very close by. Nice to sit out in rear courtyard next to pool with a drink. Both dining room and lounge areas were comfortable places to relax in.
Swimming pool was small- more like a plunge pool and very cold even in september, so didn't use it which was a shame. Hotel is accessed up a steep, cobbled road with limited car access, so taxis tend to stop 50m away at bottom of road.

We loved staying with you as it was a very friendly, charming place. The decor was beautiful, the room very comfortable and characterful. The food delicious and a bonus to have a pool to dip into. The hotel didn't feel crowded and was brilliantly situated to explore Lisbon. It was our first time and I was grateful for the staff who nothing was too difficult to help us with. They were friendly and helpful. Many thanks. We'll be back I hope!

Dear Lisbon is a really lovely hotel where the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. The pool is a wonderful addition and is the perfect way to cool off on a hot day.
Breakfast is exceptional with something for everyone - bacon, eggs, fruit, yoghurt, chia seeds, croissant etc.
I would like a fridge in the room although staff were very happy to refrigerate items overnight if there was space in the fridge

Staff were very nice.
Room was very different from the rooms in the pictures. Actually, it did not correspond to any pictures. Floor and paint in not great condition. Heating / airco with problems. Wifi did not work in the room and I had to work from there.
We "complained" and were told they were full and could only give us a smaller room at another hotel.
