Bayview Hotel Woy Woy

I decided to stay for the night and this hotel was the only one offering service and i have to say i really enjoyed it. It was a bargain, not sure if people have some high expectation and then paying not much, but i have to say for the price I paid this was excellent choice. Location, i was able to check in early, the bistro is EXCELLENT, one of the best steaks. The room was spotless and same with the bathrooms. Staff was friendly and check in/out process was quick and easy.

The pub is great, and for budget accommodation, it met our needs. Good location near the train. Food and service is good.

The rooms are noisy, beds are average and someone had stored their empty bottles in the vanity, not cleaned up. Also no remote in either of the rooms we booked, for TVs. But in saying that, it reflects the price paid for budget accommodation. The pub is good, food was good, shared bathroom was clean. 2nd time I've stayed, suitable sleepover for family functions nearby.

The location is excellent and convenient, in the hart of Woy Woy. The room was quite spacious, had a desk with 2 wooden chairs, a vinyl couch, and had a full length mirror behind the door.

The room itself was outdated and very ordinary and dull (grey the prominent colour), marks and some peeling re the furniture, fridge door you couldn't open unless you tilted the fridge upwards and back, and only heavy block curtains in front of the glass doors that led to the little balcony (and once opened - no privacy in the room), so used a chair and couch to open the curtains a little at the R and L corners to let natural light in. The floor, particularly the carpet, had not been cleaned/vacumed.
