We absolutely loved our stay here. This hotel is such a quiet, peaceful gem tucked away in the middle of a busy town — the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle and simply relax. The rooftop bar and jacuzzi were a particular highlight. There is something so lovely about spending a few hours up there, taking in the surroundings, enjoying a drink and completely unwinding. It really felt like our own little haven. But what made our stay truly special was the wonderful hotel manager. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and his warm, friendly personality made such an impression on us. We especially loved the banter between him and my husband — the two of them had us laughing constantly! Those little moments are what make a stay memorable, and we’ll genuinely remember them for a long time. The hotel has such a lovely atmosphere, but it’s the people that give it its heart. We felt so welcomed, relaxed and looked after from the moment we arrived. We honestly couldn’t recommend this beautiful little gem highly enough. If you’re looking for somewhere peaceful, welcoming and a little bit special, this is the place. We loved our stay and would happily return in a heartbeat.

Was a hilly walk to and from the hotel to the town/train station but on a positive side it was a good work out for the legs. Would recommend flat shoes.
