Beside the scores items, the layout offered many options , including shared spaces to mix with fellow travelers and private one for solitude. A Goldilocks location.

This is my home in San Cris and it's definitely because of the love, kindness, and attention received from Mika and Elvira. They make this place feel like a home away from home. The rooftop is the cherry on top, great views and super tranquil.
Blankets on beds, wished they were washed after each guest.

They fixed the water heater while I was there, and I didn't even think there was a problem. The also fixed the stove the day after there was an issue with the gas.
Sometimes, guests leave plates, cups, glasses, and/or bottles on the roof. It doesn't happen so often, so the staff doesn't seem to go up there much. But certain travelers expect to be able to leave anything sitting anywhere and not clean up after themselves.

Nice location, and the co working area was good, not too crowded.
The stuff was nice, but sometimes they could not gave me accurate information about local shops. I expected the them to be a little bit more informed about San Cristobal.
The room was a bit too cold at night, but understandable for the pricing.
