The Shippon is a terraced cottage, one of a group in Polyphant near Launceston. The cottage has a double room and a room with bunks, along with a shower room, kitchen with dining area and sitting room, along with a shared external utility, and a shared conservatory with coffee-making facilities in the spacious grounds. The cottage has off road parking for one car. The Shippon is well placed to enjoy walking on Bodmin Moor, surfing on the North Cornwall coast, or cycling along the Camel Trail. Note: 2 well behaved dogs welcome

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, shared use of tumble dryer in external utility, TV with Freeview, DVD, Blu-ray, WiFi, selection of books and board games. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, I cannot recommend this place highly enough! It was beautiful and wonderful, we LOVED staying here.

Though the setting is very rural, it was just a few minutes to Tesco and other services. Lauraine is a very helpful hostess, and our days there were a pleasure.
