The Old Granary is one of a group of cottages in Polyphant near Launceston. The cottage has a double and a room with adult bunk beds, a bathroom, kitchen with dining area and sitting room. There is a shared external utility, and a shared conservatory with coffee-making facilities in the spacious grounds. The cottage has off road parking for one car. The Old Granary is well placed to enjoy walking on Bodmin Moor, surfing on the North Cornwall coast, or cycling along the Camel Trail.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, shared use of tumble dryer in external utility, TV with Freeview, DVD, Blu-ray, WiFi, selection of books and board games.
