The location was fabulous, great breakfast with good selection of sweet and savoury. The staff were very helpful, and it was a really enjoyable few days.
We used the transfer to and from the airport and it was not good. The gentleman that drove us was totally unsafe, driving way too fast, very erratically, and cutting other drivers up. We used Bolt a couple of times during our stay and the Bolt drivers were great, this transfer service is expensive compared to Bolt, and as such I did not expect this level of dangerous driving.

Location was very good. The beds were good. The room was very clean. Because we got the deluxe room, and it wasn’t on the first floor, it was quiet. But under any circumstances risk to get a room on the first floor. It’s VERY noisy.
The pillows were the worst I’ve ever slept on. The room was too warm and there was no option to cool it, just to heat it even more. The staff were unfriendly. The schedules for room service were too early, and some days I couldn’t get the service done because I left the room by noon. The room was pretty basic for a 4-star, allegedly boutique hotel.
