The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort, Costa Navarino

Everything! Location, facilities, staff, restaurants etc etc….

Nothing

We keep coming back, which shows just how much we love Costa Navarino, and especially The Romanos. Luxury, peace, and tranquility. Amazing energy. The breakfast is spectacular, and the entire staff is incredibly helpful. Thank you!

The musty smell in the rooms needs some attention

Exceptional service facilities location settings etc Faultless

The breakfast

Not great hospitality. No one gave us a tour of the resort, room wasn’t cleaned until after 17:00 and after we asked twice. No turn down service. We asked for our stay to be extended and we had to wait to learn if we could have it. We were not given a room for early check in and that is ok but when we said we were going to chill by the pool until our room was ready and no one helped us find changing rooms or anything. The room was tired and looked old. The light switches for example looked very dirty around the edges which was not the case in Westin. Staff at breakfast looked like they did not want to be bothered when we asked for a table by the water.
