The cleanliness of this hotel was excellent. The Staff were very helpful, attentive & polite. The breakfast catered for all nationalities and was extremely good. The breakfast Staff were all exceptionally good, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Anja Liu - Guest Relations Manager - she recommended places to visit to us and organised our transport to the Airport when we checked out.

Room is clean and very spacious. Bathtub plus shower combination is an added value.
The breakfast food is not hot enough and needs to ask for refill when the plate is empty

The staff was helpful and kind. My room was quiet and comfortable. The restaurant Paris 1930 was superb.

The top bar but not food there. And you could not bring your own.
Parking is a mess and not clear at all. Wish the hotel would let folks know - especially if they let them know days before arriving that they are coming with car. Also reception is on 14th floor. Downstairs floor is a third party restraining - making checking in a bit of a hassle especially with parking.
