We booked this hotel because we liked the look of the pool area but only got to enjoy it for about an hour during our four night stay due to the weather. It was lovely though although the sunbeds were extremely uncomfortable. Rooms were small, basic and a little tired. Breakfast buffet contained a vast choice but was not really to our taste. We had dinner in the restaurant twice and it was excellent. There is a strange bar area with a very limited choice of drinks and food which no one seems to use. The food and drink menu at the pool is much better and should be replicated in the inside bar. The surrounding area isn’t very attractive but it is easy to get taxis to both sides of the falls.

After a long day travelling we ordered room service and after an hour it was clear it had been forgotten and we were told it would be another 25 minutes so we cancelled it. To their credit they sent up complimentary soup and tea in an effort to put things right but it was annoying.

Staff attention was great. Loved the pool. Great location. Nice lobby areas and seating areas. The outdoor section was gorgeous.

There’s no sound proofing in rooms so it’s VERY loud when other guests are outside. Thick blankets in room smelled musty. No good toiletries in room.
