Stayed here for a the night in an accessible room with my mate. We have stayed here a few times before. Ash and Neve are lovely people and they make you feel very welcome. They do a lovely breakfast and nothing is to much trouble for them. It's good value for the money. Will definitely be staying here again.
The rooms could do with updating and made a little warmer.

Good location and breakfast, the owners and staff are very friendly and helpful, will stay again when I'm next in Blackpool, also the other guests were great company.
The bed might need a better mattress but that's just my preference

The shower pressure was good, i enjoyed that
The room was small, the curtain was thorn, the bathroom was too small, soap holder was rusted, towels were stained and smelly, we didn't get replacement of the smelly towels for 3days.
