Great location with onsite car parking. Very clean. Hosts were wonderful, Very friendly. Breakfast choices are so good and it was really tasty. Great start to the day. Highly recommend and will definitely go back when we visit again. Hard to find a really good B&B in Blackpool but I think we did it. X

It’s great, quiet area, one way road with free parking. Very secure and spotless clean. Annie was a great host, furry and cuddly. (Little white doggie). Ian and Tracey were attentive and helpful, well done guys.
TV could do with attention.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious. The host couple were very welcoming, friendly, and extremely flexible. We would be happy to come back again.
