The owners are the nicest you will find, happy to help making anything more comfi.
Location is great if planning to spend time in Schoenberg, just around the corner from the gay bars and from shops, restaurants and cafes. Connected well and close to the UBahn to go into the city or eastward to the main clubs.
Very Value for Money, compared to other options in the area during CSD.
There is a renovation ongoing, which makes the rest of the amenities currently unavailable in the main hotel.
We were not aware of that, and should have been notified beforehand.

The owner and his wife were very frendly en helpful with tips. Location war really good, close to nice restaurants en public transport. WE didn't have breakfast at the htel, we went out for breakfast because we always do that.
The bed could be better and maybe a fridh=ge in the room would be nice.

Very nice hosts that helped us upon arrival with carrying our luggage and directed us to our apartment and parking spot they had reserved for us.
Close to the u-bahn. Very quiet in the evening/night.
There was a nice little garden next to the apartment you could use.
We had booked a 2 room apartment with kitchen. One of the beds was in the kitchen room though, right next to the kitchenette.
There was only a small sofa table to eat by.
The kitchen and bathroom was clean, but the carpet was filled with pieces of long hair and sand.
