Location was great, elevator was fun, AC in room worked great. Room was very clean. Patio super quaint although we were not really able to use. Metro stops 1/3 block away. Central location easy to everything
Breakfast which we paid extra for doesn’t start till 8:30am. Our first morning we were out at 7:45 and second morning was 8am. They would not refund so we ended up buying two breakfasts each morning. Walls not very insulated, we heard our neighbors who came later for a while when we were in bed. Others were loud in the morning up at 6am. Those were the only two things off for us.

The Location is very good. It is very close to a subway station and 8 mins to walk to Casa Batllo and Case Mila. 20 mins walk to Sagrada Famila. The Breakfast is fine.
Our room is #1 which is right above a restaurant. 10:30 pm was our time to sleep and party in the restaurant just started until the middle of nights. Too noise to sleep.
There is an elevator available in the building but can not to reach the second floor which the hotel locates. You have to carry your heavy luggage. When we checked out, the front desk guy helped to carry our luggage to the main floor. Thanks him for doing it.

Location, attention of the staff, breakfast was good, the bath towels were the best I’ve seen.
It’s out of their control, but loud music after 21:00 hrs, it played every night. The step up to the toilet wasn’t ideal; the lack of a window to the outside in the room.

The room was clean with all the necessary amenities included. Breakfast was freshly prepared and we had 24/7 access to tea and coffee. Perfect location for exploring Barcelona with a tube station less than 3’ walk away.
Reason for lower rating is because the room didn’t have soundproof walls as stated in the room details and we ended up staying up all night due to guests in the next room being very loud. We also requested from housekeeping to make up our room and they didn’t resulting in us buying toilet roll from the nearby convenience store. There’s also a restaurant next to the B&B that plays loud music till early hours and the reception offers earplugs although they were of no help to us.
