Check-in was quick and easy. We went to the airport to family and friends. On our return we had something to drink at the bar where the bartender was also very friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and safe.

The location close to Nelson Mandela Square and Sandton city mall and the friendliness of the staff.
The place was quiet.
And we loved the kitchenette to make your own tea and snacks.
The room was not cleaned very well. Behind the door and in the bathtub.

The location is perfect and convenient and staff service is on point.
The hotel needs to spring clean doors and cupboards , they are stained and areas where people touch are already off white and it is like no-one pays attention to those small details. The toilet basins might need a bleaching agent so that they look white than being off-white .
